Green will draw the start over Amir Johnson during Friday's Game 2 matchup against the Cavaliers, Jay King of Masslive.com reports.
Coach Brad Stevens is seemingly favoring speed over size with his Game 2 lineup change after the Celtics got blown out on their home floor during Game 1. In Game 1, Green finished with 11 points, two rebounds and one assist across 14 minutes of action. The last time Green drew a start was during Game 3 of the Celtics/Wizards series, where he finished with eight points and three rebounds across 26 minutes. It seems likely that he'll see around the same workload Friday.
