Lackey (3-1) came away with a no-decision Sunday, allowing three runs (two earned) on three hits and three walks over eight innings while striking out two in an extra-inning loss to the Braves.
He was on the hook for the loss before Addison Russell's game-tying single in the ninth, but Hector Rondon then promptly handed the game back to the Braves in the top of the 10th. Lackey's 4.32 ERA on the season isn't great, but his 1.11 WHIP and 29:9 K:BB in 33.3 innings and five starts better reflect his performance so far. He'll look to get back in the win column Friday at home against Max Scherzer and the Nats.
