Happ was off to a nice start with Triple-A Iowa before being sidelined with the thumb ailment; the 22-year-old is slashing .250/.333/.571 with eight homers through 21 games so far. It's unclear how long Happ will be sidelined, though the Cubs will likely proceed cautiously with the elite prospect.
