Blue Jays' Troy Tulowitzki: Won't return this week

The Blue Jays and Rays will get together in Tampa for a three-game series Friday through Sunday, so fantasy owners shouldn't look to activate the shortstop during the new week. Tulowitzki was able to go through batting practice a day ago, but it appears he'll need more time before he feels comfortable running the bases and testing his hamstring out in the field. Ryan Goins will continue to act as the Blue Jays' everyday shortstop for the duration of Tulowitzki's absence.
