Athletics' Sean Doolittle: Earns third save of season

Doolittle pitched a scoreless inning with one strikeout Sunday against the Tigers.

The 29-year-old lefty picked up his third save in four opportunities, and his first one since April 20. Doolittle hasn't allowed hits in three of his last four outings and will remain as a late-inning option as long as he maintains this level of consistency.
