We're all aching for some real college basketball content. I've officially hit the point in the offseason where games still seem too far away to truly be eager and anxious for the start of the 2016-17 campaign.
It's so long, college basketball's offseason.
But we're getting closer.
This will help up the hype. Here's a look at what to expect out of Washington this season. Two slow-mo videos of freshman Markelle Fultz, a dynamic guard who might wind up being the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 draft. This kid alone is going to raise expectations for Lorenzo Romar. The videos he posted of him casually throwing down dunks during a workout ... just filthy.
Look at where he takes off from:

Fultz is on the short list of players I can't wait to see play. The 2016-17 freshman class overall is one of the better crops to hit college hoops in recent years, so expect plenty of highlights from guys around the country. From Fultz to Duke's Harry Giles and Jayson Tatum, to De'Aaron Fox at Kentucky, to Michigan State's Miles Bridges, to Josh Jackson at Kansas, Lonzo Ball at UCLA, Dennis Smith, Jr. at NC State, and beyond. Stars galore.
