During a surprisingly flat performance against Miami, a 77-62 loss, North Carolina coach Roy Williams showed a little bit of his frustration during a timeout.
Not only was Joel Berry called for a foul, but the point guard subsequently was called for a technical foul. That led to Williams slamming a chair in front of his bench.
UNC was shot just 21 percent from the floor in the first half on 6-of-29 shooting with nine turnovers during an all-around ugly opening 20 minutes. As a result, Miami took a 39-22 lead into the break and never were seriously threatened thereafter. So it's easy to understand Williams' frustration.
