STONY BROOK, N.Y. (AP) Tyler Stephenson-Moore's 18 points helped Stony Brook defeat William & Mary 75-62 on Saturday.

Stephenson-Moore also had six rebounds for the Seawolves (16-13, 9-7 Coastal Athletic Association). Aaron Clarke scored 18 points and added seven assists. Keenan Fitzmorris shot 7 of 11 from the field and 2 for 3 from the line to finish with 16 points.

The Tribe (8-21, 3-13) were led by Trey Moss, who recorded 16 points, four assists and four steals. Gabe Dorsey added 15 points and two steals for William & Mary. In addition, Caleb Dorsey had 14 points and eight rebounds. The loss was the Tribe's eighth straight.

Stony Brook took the lead with 18:32 left in the first half and never looked back. Clarke led his team in scoring with 10 points in the first half to help put them up 35-23 at the break. Stony Brook outscored William & Mary in the second half by one point, with Stephenson-Moore scoring a team-high 10 points in the final half.

Both teams next play Thursday. Stony Brook visits Drexel and William & Mary takes on Elon on the road.
