COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) Isaiah Stevens' 29 points helped Colorado State defeat Air Force 82-73 in the Mountain West Conference finale on Saturday night.

Both the Rams and Falcons advance to the conference tournament and will be seeded into first-round games Wednesday at the Thomas & Mack center in Las Vegas.

Stevens shot 10 of 14 from the field, including 3 for 5 from 3-point range, and went 6 for 7 from the line for the Rams (22-9, 10-8). Joel Scott scored 16 points while going 4 of 6 and 8 of 16 from the free-throw line. Nique Clifford shot 4 of 5 from the field, including 2 for 3 from 3-point range, and went 5 for 8 from the line to finish with 15 points.

Rytis Petraitis led the Falcons (9-21, 2-16) in scoring, finishing with 27 points, eight rebounds, four assists and three steals. Beau Becker added 14 points for Air Force. Luke Kearney also had 11 points.

Colorado State took the lead for good with 16:40 remaining in the second half on a 3-pointer from Patrick Cartier to make it a 48-47 game.
