Due to unseasonably warm weather conditions in Rhode Island that created condensation when mixed with Providence's basketball court and the ice used for hockey games beneath it, the Friars' game vs. Seton Hall on Wednesday night has been suspended.

The condensation on the court created unsafe playing conditions at the Dunkin' Donuts Center, forcing officials to suspend the game with 13:03 left in the second half. Seton Hall was winning 56-47 and en route to a key win to improve its NCAA Tournament resume.

Fortunately for the Pirates, they won't have to wait long to pick things back up. According to ESPN, the game has been scheduled to resume on Thursday at noon at Alumni Hall.

Before play was suspended, players were slipping on the treacherous court -- including Seton Hall star Desi Rodriguez, who had to leave the game after rolling his ankle.
