Five-star prospect Austin Wiley has enrolled at Auburn and is eligible to play immediately, Auburn coach Bruce Pearl confirmed to CBS Sports on Friday.

The Tigers play Mercer on Sunday.

"He is in practice right now," Pearl said. "He will play Sunday."

Wiley is ranked 16th in the Class of 2017, according to 247 Sports. He committed to Auburn in September 2015 and signed a national letter of intent with the school last month. The 6-foot-10 forward won't be eligible for the NBA Draft until 2018, meaning Auburn should have him for a minimum of three semesters.

Auburn is 7-2 in Pearl's third season.

The Tigers have beaten Texas Tech and lost to Purdue and Boston College.
