The Ball Hogs revamped their roster heading into the 2021 BIG3 basketball schedule, replacing every player except captain Brian Scalabrine. It seems to have paid dividends, as the Ball Hogs enter Saturday's clash against the Power on CBS and Paramount+ with a 2-0 record. Scalabrine, who played in the NBA for 11 seasons, is joined by fellow NBA veterans Leandro Barbosa and Spencer Hawes.

The Ball Hogs will look to win their third straight game against the Power, who won the Big 3 basketball championship in 2018. Elsewhere in the BIG3, two unbeatens will square off Saturday when Jarrett Jack and the Trilogy take on Joe Johnson and the Triplets. The Triplets are the -159 money line favorite in the battle of unbeatens. You can watch Saturday's BIG3 basketball on CBS and you can stream live on Paramount+ with the must-have Premium plan.

Paramount+ now has levels of membership so you can watch the BIG3 and much more. The Premium Plan is $9.99 per month and you can watch your local CBS live stream (including plenty of sports like SEC on CBS, NFL on CBS, and the PGA Tour), no ads, on demand and the ability to download episodes for offline viewing. Both plans come with a free week to start, so sign up now here.

BIG3 picks for Saturday, July 24

Before you tune in to Saturday's BIG3 action, you need to see the BIG3 basketball picks from SportsLine expert Ameer Tyree. Tyree joined SportsLine after working as an NBA Fantasy sports and betting specialist at DraftKings and has a history of profitable basketball plays that help bettors find edges.

For Saturday's BIG3 action, Tyree is backing the Triplets (-159) to secure the victory over the Trilogy. The Triplets are coming off an impressive 50-47 victory over the Power in their last outing. Joe Johnson led the charge, recording 34 points, nine rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Johnson shattered the league's scoring record with 175 points in 2019 and led the Triplets to the BIG3 championship. Johnson, a seven-time NBA All-Star, averaged 21.9 points per game in 2019, earning MVP honors in the process.

The Trilogy, meanwhile, secured a 50-43 victory over the 3 Headed Monsters in their last outing. Three players scored in double-figures for the Trilogy, but their defense struggled to stop Kevin Murphy, who finished with 25 points. Tyree expects Johnson to take full advantage of the Trilogy's porous defense on Saturday.

"Johnson is back on a scoring tear after winning MVP in 2019 and is averaging 30.5 points per game," Tyree told SportsLine. "Iso Joe will do most of the shooting, and his supporting cast includes Jannero Pargo and Al Jefferson."
