Gabe is a national scouting analyst (football) for 247Sports. Raised in the Ark-La-Tex and a 2005 University of North Texas journalism graduate, he's covered high school football in Texas for 20 years, first in print media before jumping to the online football recruiting media industry in 2014. After covering recruiting in Texas and surrounding states for several years, he shifted to a national scouting role in late 2020.
